Mikäli siivousta ei ole tilattu, asiakas huolehtii loppusiivouksesta. Edellytämme, että siivouksessa huolehditaan mm. seuraavista asioista: roskien vienti, lattioiden imurointi ja pesu, astioiden pesu (ja tiskikoneen tyhjennys), pesuhuoneen ja wc-tilojen pesu, tahrojen ja likajälkien poisto, sekä puutarhakalusteiden ja muiden tavaroiden vieminen paikoilleen. Ohjeet loppusiivouksen tilanneille:

Vaikka loppusiivous olisikin tilattu, edellytämme kohteen olevan normaalin asumisen jäljiltä eli huonekalut ja muut varusteet paikoillaan ja ehjinä, roskat vietynä lähimpään jätepisteeseen sekä tahrat ja likajäljet poistettuina.

Cleaning instructions for those who clean by themselves:

If cleaning has not been ordered, the customer will take care of the final cleaning. We require that the following things be taken care of in the cleaning: removal of garbages, vacuuming and washing of floors, washing of dishes (and emptying the dishwasher), cleaning of the bathroom and toilets, removal of stains and dirt marks and puting things back where they belong. More detailed cleaning instructions can be found in the villa.

Instructions for those who order final cleaning:

Even if the final cleaning is ordered, we require the villa to be in the condition of normal living, the furniture and other equipment in place and intact, garbages taken to the nearest waste point and stains and dirt removed.
